Simplifying Your Day with Professional Virtual Assistance
Hello, I'm Alyssa Lapa. I live in Lexington, Kentucky. My home is in Arizona, but having lived across the country, my favorite place to return to is Galena, Illinois. I am a proud French fries connoisseur. Gardening relaxes me and the ASU Sun Devils are my tribe.

Since age sixteen, I've gained experience across various industries—retail, customer service, warehousing, and logistics. I even dabbled in the finance industry once or twice. My most recent role was in hospitality, helping businesses find accommodation for their traveling employees. Although I enjoyed my work, I felt unchallenged and knew it was my last position working for someone else.

I started looking into doing virtual work and work-from-home jobs back while living in Florida and wanting to find something that suited me better. I did not look into the virtual assistant field really until I got injured working in a warehouse. Unfortunately, I will have tendinitis on both elbows probably for the rest of my life, but the experience of being on worker's compensation really opened my eyes to how quickly life can change. I began looking into it and as they say, "the rest is history." I tried to launch back in 2023, but life happened and I needed to focus on finishing school.

My business helps small businesses and nonprofits, concentrating its efforts on the equine industry. Horses have been a part of my life in various capacities. I have owned, retrained, and volunteered with horses at different stages of my life and have loved being a part of the community that revolves around these animals. I also have experince in the thoroughbred world and would loveto assist with the day-to-day for their operationsas well. I also know that most who devote their lives to horses are not business people and are likely to push the administrative parts to another day or never. Stories of late invvoicing and overbooking are real and I want tohelp get this industry organized and take one piece of their business off of their plate.
